“Sleep training worked so well and so quickly with our toddlers, we were finally starting to sleep through the night for the first time in 4 years! So we wanted to keep the momentum going and started a new plan with our baby (9 months old). We saw significant progress within just 2 day; he was able to fall sleep independently, and stay sleeping throughout the WHOLE night. At the same time, Kyla helped us wean him off night feedings, his swaddle and his soother as I thought it would be easiest for me to do it all at once. In the past, I needed to rock, nurse or hold my baby to fall sleep, and he was waking up almost 6-8 times a night. Now, he falls into a deep sleep, where normal household noise won't disturb his sleep and no need to tiptoe around his room in fear that the slightest sound will wake him.”
